On Friday March 11, 2011 Japan has been hit with a massive 8.9 magnitude earthquake. Thousands of people lost their homes, jobs, families and loved ones to the destructive tsunami crushing everything in its path. The lives of these wonderful people may never be the same again.
The great people of Japan has given us some of the best technology we use everyday and the inspiration to become great players, but now they desperately need our help.
Jeffrey Dee, the tournament organizer for the recent Rival Schools events, is hosting a Japan Relief Fund Tournament at UCI on April 3, 2011 and we’re giving our full support by streaming the event! The games will be SSF4/MvC3 singles with 100% of the proceeds going towards a charity for Japan Relief. Level|Up will provide a high quality stream with commentary, a Japan tribute segment, charity donation drive, and much more so stay tuned!
